RentAtlas provides a crowdsourced map of rental prices and property listings. You may browse the Site freely and submit rent reports or listings subject to these Terms.

2. Accuracy of Submitted Data

Rent reports, listings, and related details are submitted by users and property owners, not verified by RentAtlas prior to publication. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or current validity of any rent amount, listing, or contact detail shown on the Site. Always independently verify pricing and availability directly with a landlord or property manager before making decisions.

3. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent rent data or listings
• Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on another person's rights
• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data from the Site without permission
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site's normal operation
• Use contact details obtained through the Site for unsolicited advertising or spam

4. User-Submitted Content

By submitting a rent report, listing, or message, you grant RentAtlas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use that content on the Site and in related promotional materials. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

5. Property Listings & Payments

Featured or paid listings are subject to additional terms presented at the time of purchase, including refund and cancellation policies. RentAtlas is a platform for exposure only — we are not a party to any lease or rental agreement between renters and property owners and assume no liability for the outcome of any such transaction.

6. Intellectual Property

The RentAtlas name, logo, design, and underlying software are the property of RentAtlas and may not be copied or reused without permission. Aggregated, anonymized rent data may be referenced with attribution.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. RentAtlas does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any rent data is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RentAtlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any information displayed on it, including decisions made about renting, leasing, or listing a property.

9. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, and may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access for users who violate these Terms.
